All consultations are by appointment
Appointments can be made by using the 24 hour automated booking service, or, if you prefer to speak to a Receptionist please phone the surgery at the following times: 8.30am to 1pm or 2pm to 6pm.
Appointments on the day are for emergencies only, as requested by the Doctors, you will be asked the reason for the appointment in order to prioritise your needs appropriately.
Non urgent appointments can be booked up toAll consultations are by appointment 2 weeks in advance, subject to availability.
If you are unable to keep your appointment please let us know as soon as possible.
We do encourage our patients to come to the surgery where we have the proper equipment and facilities available; however we do appreciate for those who are house bound this is not always possible.
If you are housebound and feel you do need a home visit you need to call the surgery before 12 midday. Our GPs will visit patients at home after their morning surgery which finishes at 12.

Weekend and Evening Hub Appointments
To book an appointment on the weekend or late evening you can contact the surgery in the usual way. Ask the Receptionist for an appointment at one of the sites, Epsom, Leatherhead or the Downs.
They can book an appointment in advance or on the day (subject to availability) You will be seen by a local NHS GP with full access to your medical history.

From January 2017 booking appointments can be done using Patient Access online. If you have not signed up for online services with the practice, please email us. We can email the forms to you if required. This will also enable you to order repeat prescriptions online and request access to your medical records. Please note that you will be required to show 2 forms of identification, 1 photo ID and proof of address to enable us to activate this service.
